CS Services Sas started its activity in 2012, working at international level in the petrochemical, transportation, engineering, pharmaceutical, diary sectors, with particular focus on the Oil & Gas activities, onshore and offshore.Based on the experience of its founder, on the jobs executed and on the new professionals who along the years joined the team, the Company could co-operate with large manufacturing groups, important engineering contractors and inspection agencies at national and international level. INSPECTION
CS Services is able to support its Clients in all manufacturing steps of the
project, thanks to the high quality standards on all the activities needed in
the Oil & Gas and in the Industry. The following qualifications are offered:
- NDT Level II ISO 9712 and ASNT in the methods VT-PT-MT-UT-RT
- TWI, CSWIP 3.1
- EN 1090-2 RWC Welding coordinator
- FROSIO Level III, used for inspections on anticorrosive coatings
- NACE Level II and III, used for inspections on anticorrosive coatings
Activities can include the complete or partial management of the Inspection
and Test Plan for a part or the whole of the project, always using the most
appropriate and advanced competencies and certifications. Our mission is

efficiency, with a continuous focus on improving and meeting the on-time

MECHANICAL INSPECTION
Cs Services professionals have more than 15 years experience on inspection
of anticorrosive coatings.
The services supplied by our Company have the
following activities as a reference point:
- Knowledge of the application techniques for the protection of any kind of structure from corrosion, erosion, cavitation.
- Knowledge and evaluation of every test to be conducted on the anticorrosive cycles, in accordance with all international reference standards
- Consultancy, training and preparation for the application of the
anticorrosive coatings.- Certification and qualification of personnel in accordance with national and international standards
- Inspections and controls
- Control and verification of the preservation activities of the coated
and non-coated material
CS Services guarantees the highest quality standard and its professionals
have obtained FROSIO and NACE certification.
CS Services is available for all those companies needing a high-quality
technical support.
We can organize training courses on the anticorrosive
coatings, to be used as a basis for getting FROSIO and NACE certifications.
Non-destructive tests (RT-UT-PT-MT-VT) represent the set of preliminary
controls and gauging made using methods, which do not alter the material
and do not require the destruction or the removal of samples from the
structure / part.
In the industrial sector, every critical product shal be tested to verify the
integrity and the conformity to the manufacturing standards.
CS Services is qualified for all methods.
Certifications held are as follows:
- PT – Penetrant Test (DPI): Application of a red liquid, which
penetrates the defects by capillarity. Visibility of the defect
enhanced by colour contrast.
- RT – Radiographic Test, using X-rays or Gamma rays.
- UT – Ultrasonic Test, analysis of ultrasonic waves transmitted inside
the component.
- VT – Visual Test, analysis with the naked eye, performed by an
operator having good knowledge of the possible defects of the
examined component.
- MT – Magnetic Test (MPI), application of a magnetic field to
ferromagnetic materials.

CS Services offers inspection services as second or third party for pressure
testing in accordance with PED Directive (2014/68/UE “Pressure Equipment
Directive), Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 and API
Specifications (598, 6A, 6D, 6DSS, etc.).
We own technical knowledge and we are able to support the suppliers in
difficult and critical situations like cryogenic tests, gas tests, hyperbaric
tests, etc.
Besides pressure testing, the Company is in a position to offer any
mechanical activity connected with oil, gas, marine, pharmaceutical and
railway sectors.
The opportunity to rely on qualified inspections increases the quality of the
product and avoids possible problems and connected claims from the
Clients.
Expediting
CS Services offers industrial inspection services, an essential resource in the Oil & Gas market, particularly when on time delivery of the materials is essential. Expediting services (control of quality of the materials and equipment purchased) become increasingly important with the raised complexity of the processes; with the co-operation of several partners, CS Services offers: - Internal controls of the supply and control of documents. - Expediting at sub-supplier for the control and progress of the supplies. - Controls on intermediate activities and final tests, also with the presence of the Client. - Control of packing and pre-shipment, including the evaluation of conformity with the documents and the regulations of the destination country. Expediting activities have become the ideal choice to monitor the progress of the work of the sub-suppliers. The goal is to follow the complete project and bring it to the end without delays in delivery, planning with all the involved parties the best solutions to maintain the promised and predicted delivery dates.
